Kostenübernahme

Da unsere Mitarbeiter nach § 45a SGB XI zugelassen sind, können die Kosten durch die Pflegekassen bis zu einem bestimmten Betrag getragen werden. Mit steigendem Pflegegrad steigt auch die finanzielle Unterstützung der Pflegekassen, jedoch muss beachtet werden, dass nur 40% der Pflegesachleistungen für die Alltagshilfe genutzt werden dürfen, außer wenn nur das Entlastungsgeld beim Pfelegegrad 1 in Anspruch kommt. Sollten die gewünschten Leistungen über dem Budget liegen, zahlt der Kunde lediglich die Differenz. Sollte kein Pflegegrad vorliegen, dann kann die Krankenkasse die Kosten tragen, wenn der Arzt es temporär verordnet, weil der Patient eine schwere Erkrankung hat oder eine Behandlung im Krankenhaus hatte. Die Krankenkasse übernimmt die Kosten für bis zu 26 Wochen, wenn hilfebedürftige Kinder unter 12 Jahren oder behinderte Kinder im Haushalt leben. In der Regel sind es jedoch nur vier Wochen, wenn keine Person im Haushalt lebt die einen Pflegen kann. Hierbei ist zu beachten, dass der Hilfsbedürftige kleine Beträge (mindestens 5 € und maximal 10 € am Tag) als Zuzahlungen leisten muss.

Coverage of Costs

Since our employees are certified according to § 45a SGB XI, the costs can be covered by the long-term care insurance funds up to a certain amount. As the care level increases, the financial support provided by the care insurance funds also increases. However, please note that only 40% of the in-kind care benefits may be used for everyday assistance services, except when only the relief allowance (for care level 1) is being claimed. If the desired services exceed the available budget, the client only pays the difference. If no care level has been assigned, the health insurance company may cover the costs if a doctor prescribes the service temporarily due to a serious illness or following hospital treatment. Health insurance covers the costs for up to 26 weeks if children under the age of 12 or disabled children in need of assistance live in the household. In most cases, however, coverage is limited to four weeks if no other person living in the household is able to provide care. Please note that the person in need of assistance must make a small co-payment (at least €5 and no more than €10 per day).
